Warranty Policy
We do not offer refunds if the parcel is returned due to refused delivery by the consignee or failure to make payment of duties and taxes at the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure proper acceptance and payment for their order.Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for change of mind or situations where the customer no longer needs the item. This policy applies regardless of the reason, including instances where the delivery may not have been completed within the expected timeframe.We are more than willing to adhere to your request if it fulfils the following requirements:
Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, with the proof of purchase attached.
Product must not have been resized in any way, with beads either added or removed.
Product must not have been customized, either by us or externally.
Product must not have been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than QiVein.
Our sizes are made according to the order you made online. Calculations are based on your wrist size, please do not provide your bracelet external size.
If you have purchased a bracelet that doesn't fit, we will resize it for free. Resize will be done at our office. If you can't visit us, you can send it to us by courier. Courier charges both ways will be borne by the client.
We can allow exchange if you would like to change to another design within 30 days. There will be strictly no refund.
QiVein reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that we believe may violate our Return & Exchange Policy, or if returned goods are in unsatisfactory condition. Products that are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to the sender, and will not be eligible for store credit. There is strictly no cash refund.
At QiVien, we are committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. To offer you peace of mind with your purchase, we provide a 14-day warranty for our products under normal wear conditions.
Our 14-day warranty covers quality-related issues under normal use, including but not limited to:- Chain breakage
- Clasp damage
- Stone detachment
If you encounter any of these issues within 14 days of receiving your package, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the issue and provide a reasonable solution, such as repair, replacement, or other forms of assistance.Exclusions from WarrantyThis warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use, accidents, or external force
- Wear and tear from prolonged usage
- Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
